As a home care RN with New Dimensions, you will spend your days helping clients in the community served. Training provided. competitive wages and benefits offered!
Primary responsibilities:
- Managing medications
- Being the liaison between the client and their doctor
- Performing and documenting assessments
- Supervising PCAs
- Providing education to clients and families
Qualifications:
- Licensed as an RN with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Must be organized, have good assessment skills and the ability to work independently
- Must pass a background study
