MDS Coordinator Summary As the MDS Coordinator, you will serve as the RAI/MDS Coordinator for our center. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines. Must be an RN. MDS Coordinator Responsibilities Collaborate with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to ensure accurate care plan goals. Effective communication with various disciplines to facilitate timely completion and transmission of RAI/MDS. Prepare accurate reports on Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) from RAI/MDS data.
