Sr Implementation Mgr US Operations - Project Management (Fully Remote)

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for benefits solutions, coordinating activities from initiation through launch. Serve as the primary client advocate, analyzing requirements and delivering tailored solutions for midsize clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks while collaborating with clients, brokers, and internal teams. Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications and implementation plans. Support process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives. Requirements: 3+ years of client service experience in the benefits industry with at least 1 year of special project support. Strong project management, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills. Experience with tools like Workfront and Monday.com.
