Landscape Crew Leader / DriversWe are seeking experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Drivers for our San Antonio, TX location. The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscaping crew, operating company vehicles, and ensuring high-quality work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires hands-on landscaping experience, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sitesDrive company trucks and trailers to and from job locations safelyPerform and oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and debris cleanupEnsure all work meets company quality standards and client expectationsAssign tasks to crew members and provide on-the-job trainingLoad, unload, and maintain landscaping tools and equipmentEnforce safety procedures and proper use of equipmentCommunicate with supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and material needsComplete daily job reports and time tracking as requiredMaintain a clean and professional job site at all timesQualifications & RequirementsValid driver's license & a clean driving recordProven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenancePrevious crew lead or supervisory experience preferredAbility to safely tow trailers and operate landscaping equipmentStrong leadership, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual laborReliable, punctual, and professional appearancePreferred SkillsKnowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape practicesBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusBasic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipmentHealth benefits are available 60 days after hire.
