Job Title: ER Registered Nurse : Emergency Department
Location: Titusville, FL
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Pay Range: $37.30 - $39.16 per hour
Schedule: 36 hours per week Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) (Note: 1:6 ratios, every other weekend, float within scope, rotating shifts possible)
Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• 2.5 years of experience as an ER RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2.5 years of ED experience and 1 year of neuro/stroke experience
• Qualified applicants MUST have ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS; TNCC preferred
• Valid RN license
• Be willing to obtain Florida licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, perform advanced emergency nursing to resuscitate and stabilize level 1 patients.

• Provide direct patient care in emergency situations, utilizing ED-specific protocols (ER RN)
• Apply critical thinking and trauma skills for neuro/stroke patients, ensuring compliance with ACLS, PALS, and NIH guidelines
• Manage patient assessments and coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts during peak hours and emergencies
