Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

TinkBird is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum-to-permanent opportunity at a residential substance abuse treatment center in Vermont. This role offers a supportive behavioral health setting with low patient volume, flexible scheduling, and collaborative team-based care.

Assignment Length: 13 weeks with permanent potential

EMR: Lightning Step
Schedule
4 5 days per week
Every-other-weekend rotation included
Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30/5:00 PM
Call: Phone-only call beginning at 5:00 PM on scheduled workdays only
Clinical Details
Low-volume caseload: up to 8 patients per day
Adult residential addiction treatment population
Collaborative team environment including:
Medical Director
24-hour nursing staff
PMHNP
Administrative leadership
Mix of onsite care with potential telehealth opportunities after onboarding
Requirements
Family Nurse Practitioner
Family Medicine background required
Addiction treatment experience preferred but not required
Must be comfortable in a collaborative behavioral health environment
