Registered Nurse - Part Time - NICU

Role: Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced, technically advanced environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate care, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with standards. Supervise and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to promote a therapeutic environment. Take initiative in professional growth, performance, and quality improvement. Responsibilities: Use the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication. Administer medications and IVs safely. Educate patients and families about care processes. Adhere to hospital policies, foster teamwork, and promote a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Current Texas RN license and Basic Life Support certification required. Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency.
