Customer Service Representative

Apple Outdoor Supply, a division of Blevins, Inc., a financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Camp Hill, PA branch. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service that meets or exceeds the high standards set by these marketplaces. This role is absolutely critical to ensuring a seamless, efficient, and highly satisfactory experience for our valued customers. You'll also be a key player in driving sales and helping us achieve our business goals through these channels. We are Apple Outdoor Supply, since 1997, we have been a wholesaler of Shed, Barn, & Playset hardware and essentials. Under umbrella of Blevins, Inc. which is a private and family-owned company headquartered in Nashville, TN. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Primary responsibilities include: Utilize provided reports to enhance inside sales Maintain and nurture an established customer base through regular outreach via calls and emails, ensuring consistent communication and support. Handle order entry and preparation of quotes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely processing of customer requests. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions that uphold our commitment to excellent service. Perform various administrative duties Work hand in hand with the Outside Sales force. Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
