Associate Attorney

Montiel Hodge, LLC is seeking an associate attorney with 5+ years experience to join its expanding practice. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Louisiana and have a strong academic record, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Duties Include but are not limited to the following: Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements; Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or legal proceedings; Communicate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently; and Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff.
