The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the company's strategy in technology and cyber risk, data protection, and data governance. This includes setting the vision, operating model, and roadmap for enterprise risk management, building and leading global teams, and establishing governance that drives clear decisions and accountability. The CISO will also be the executive authority on data risk, ensuring that security decisions are practical, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes. The ideal CISO for this role at the company will have extensive experience in information security, cyber risk, and data protection at an enterprise scale, with a strong background in leading security or risk functions. They must possess a hands-on understanding of relevant technical areas such as cloud platforms, identity and access management, data security, DevSecOps, and third-party risk. The role requires a leader with strong executive communication skills, the ability to translate technical risk into business impact, and a proven track record of building and leading global teams.
