What Youll Do

• Lead large-scale and complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules budgets quality standards and client expectations.
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients architects engineers subcontractors and internal teams.
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  

• Drive project planning scheduling procurement budgeting and execution activities.
  

• Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating reviews constructability analysis value engineering and risk assessment.
  

• Review drawings specifications contracts and project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  

• Monitor project budgets cost forecasts change orders invoices and overall financial performance.
  

• Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  

• Lead project meetings and provide clear timely communication to stakeholders and company leadership.
  

• Coordinate internal teams subcontractors and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements.
  

• Mentor and support Project Managers and project teams helping drive consistency and best practices across projects.
  

• Deliver projects that exceed client expectations while supporting the continued growth of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field is preferred.
  

• 8 years of project management experience in commercial construction healthcare construction design-build or general contracting.
  

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale complex and high-value construction projects.
  

• Strong understanding of construction processes project scheduling budgeting forecasting and contract administration.
  

• Experience with Procore Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and contract documents.
  

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
