Package Handler Requirements

Entry-level position. No prior experience required. Must be dependable, flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Casual work attire. Work boots are recommended. Gloves are recommended. Must be able to stand for the entire shift. Must be comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse temperatures. Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling.

Job Duties

• Sort, scan, and organize packages for shipment and delivery
• Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers, and conveyor systems
• Move freight throughout the warehouse while following safety procedures
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and package processing operations
• Inspect packages for damage and ensure accurate handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet productivity goals in a fast-paced distribution center setting
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Follow company policies, procedures, and warehouse safety standards
• Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned
