Position Overview:
Provide comprehensive nursing services, including health assessments, screenings, and ongoing monitoring of student health needs.
Maintain student health records, monitor immunization and physical examination compliance, and develop Individualized Health Care Plans (IHCPs).
Collaborate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and address student health concerns.
Respond to student health concerns, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications
School-based experience preferred
