Team Lead

Team Lead Manufacturing Operations

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead to support our manufacturing operations in Ozark, AL. This role combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities, helping guide the team and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and perform department-specific tasks as needed
• Provide daily guidance and support to department employees
• Monitor production quality and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards
• Coordinate work assignments and shift resources to meet production goals
• Support on-the-job training and ensure timely completion of training checklists
• Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance, and help resolve problems on the floor

Requirements & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience, including machine operation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and data entry skills
• Troubleshooting skills and basic hand tools knowledge
• Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing demands

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 70 lbs. PPE provided.
