Responsibilities Install and replace custom garage door systems and components. Repair residential and commercial doors and openers. Troubleshoot and program garage‑door electronics. Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections. Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use. Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided). Qualifications Mechanically inclined with 2+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred). Comfortable with hand and power tools. Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade. Dependable, safety‑conscious, and service‑driven. Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation required. Training and Compensation Full‑time hours: 40+ per week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs). Training pay: $25 per hour during the 3–5 month training period.
