Cash Management SpecialistMauch Chunk Trust Company | Jim Thorpe, PAThis is an on-site position. While occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available based on business needs and performance, the majority of this role requires working on-site and meeting with customers and internal partners.Mauch Chunk Trust Company is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Cash Management Specialist.This position plays a key role in growing our business banking relationships by promoting, implementing, and supporting the Bank's treasury management, cash management, and digital banking solutions. If you enjoy developing client relationships, solving business challenges, and helping local businesses succeed, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoDevelop and strengthen relationships with business customers through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.Promote and cross-sell cash management, treasury management, and digital banking products and services.Conduct product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and training for business clients.Partner with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.Serve as the primary contact for business clients utilizing digital banking services.Investigate and resolve customer service and technical issues in a timely manner.Manage sales reporting, documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative responsibilities.Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience while supporting the Bank's growth objectives.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales, business banking, relationship management, or similar experience.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Portfolio or account management experience is preferred.Banking, treasury management, or financial services experience is highly desirable.Following orientation, discussion on hybrid schedule may occur.Why MCT?At Mauch Chunk Trust Company, we're more than a community bank-we're trusted financial partners committed to helping our customers, businesses, and communities thrive.
