Operations Manager

Responsibilities Own internal communication, team calendar organization, client care systems, and team support processes. Support listing launches and contract‑to‑close operations to ensure a smooth, high‑quality client experience. Help maintain database integrity and support accountability around team systems. Manage and improve onboarding processes, including training coordination both in person and virtually. Support agent productivity rhythms and help ensure team systems are being followed. Act as a liaison between agents, clients, vendors, attorneys, escrow companies, mortgage partners, and other key contacts. Help generate client reviews and referrals during and after transactions. Support recruiting efforts through job postings, scheduling, communication, and appointment setting. Plan and execute client and team events that are thoughtful, organized, and aligned with our brand. Oversee receipts, reporting, and operational details connected to finance and expense tracking. Create and maintain an operations manual that documents key systems and standards. Keep leadership informed of challenges, gaps, and opportunities — and bring possible solutions. Participate in weekly coaching, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings as needed. Qualifications Highly organized and detail‑oriented. A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
