As an Entry-Level Sales & Event Assistant, you will represent our clients at live events, pop-ups, and in-person activations, speaking directly with customers and helping drive sales through positive, professional interactions. This is a sales-focused position in a live event environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and building practical sales experience. Responsibilities Engage directly with customers at live events, pop-ups, and face-to-face sales activations. Present products and services clearly and confidently, helping generate customer interest and sales. Assist customers with purchasing decisions and complete transactions accurately. Build positive customer interactions while representing Royal Peak Agency professionally. Work alongside the wider event team to deliver smooth, high-impact customer experiences. Support event setup and breakdown as needed, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Share sales results, customer feedback, and event insights to support continuous improvement. Requirements Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment. Team-focused, reliable, and adaptable to event schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
