Location: Alexandria, LA

Pay: $4,200 per week

Shifts: Days / 8AM-5PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Cardiology for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role involves working within a clinical setting to provide comprehensive care focusing on cardiology cases, including CABGs, valves, and cardiac surgeries. This position requires independence and competence in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiology

Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
Administer medications and treatments according to protocol
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Cardiology

BLS required via AHA
ACLS required via AHA
RN License in state of employment or compact
Must have experience in circulating cases
Experience with CABGs, valves, and cardiac surgeries
