Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, planning for discharge, and proposed home care exercises

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
