AIOps Support Engineer

Overview AIOps Support Engineer – Candidates should have performed BAU activities with AI tools. This role involves administration and support for enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, Azure AI). Responsibilities Provide administration & support for enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, Azure AI) Manage GitHub repositories, access, and CI/CD troubleshooting Handle user onboarding, SSO issues, and access governance Monitor AI platform logs, usage, and incidents Support integrations and API-level troubleshooting Log Analytics Strong knowledge in Azure Infra Qualifications Experience with BAU activities and AI tools (Azure AI Foundry, GitHub, Claude, Gemini) Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure Experience with monitoring, log analytics, and incident management Experience with user onboarding, SSO, and access governance Experience with CI/CD troubleshooting Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Tata Consultancy Services
