Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients during cardiac catheterization procedures, managing sedation and hemodynamics.
• Assist in the care of patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the lab for procedures, ensuring safety and asepsis.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately in the EMR (Cerner, MAC Lab-hemo).
• Assist in emergency situations by providing critical support and interventions.
• Participate in on-call rotations including one weekday per week and every fifth weekend.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• Expertise in critical care with a focus on cardiac catheterization patients.
• Familiarity with Cerner and MAC Lab-hemo electronic medical records.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted.
