Your Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT technology to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for physicians' interpretation
• Work in tandem with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnoses
• Expertly position patients and fine-tune equipment settings for optimal imaging results
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols for the well-being of both patients and staff
• Keep comprehensive records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
• Deliver compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient imaging suite

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required, while a Bachelor's Degree is a preferred asset
• Completion of an accredited radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Up-to-date BLS certification or the ability to gain it within 90 days of joining

Essential Skills

• Thorough knowledge of diagnostic imaging standards and safety practices
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients and the interdisciplinary team
