Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 06:45 AM – 03:15 PM
Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours guaranteed)

Pay Package

• Pay Rate: $38.30/hr
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,532
• Weekly Per Diem: $1,246
• Total Weekly Gross: $2,778

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab for a 13-week travel assignment in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both electrophysiology procedures and cardiac device implant cases while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care for EP patients.
• Monitor patients undergoing electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implantation procedures.
• Assist with cardiac device implants, including Pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery.

Requirements

• Active RN License (Compact License accepted if applicable).
• Minimum 1 year of recent Electrophysiology Lab experience.
• Experience with cardiac device implants and EP procedures.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Experience with:
  • Pacemakers
  • ICDs
  • CRT Devices
  • Electrophysiology Studies
  • Cardiac Ablations
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
