Come join our winning team!Our Mission: We are professionals committed to serving others, nurturing life, and promoting an individual's ability to thrive.Position Summary: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Assisting the Dietician / Dietary Management and Cook as requestedHelping with meal preparation in accordance with the dietary needs of the residentsAssisting in serving meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearanceTimely setting up of meal service and delivery of meal trays and food cartsFollowing the established portion controls recommendedAdhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and clean upKeeping worktables clean, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, etc.Sweeping and mopping floorsDishwashing and cleaning of utensilsReturning clean dishes and utensils to the proper storage areasCarrying out of garbageDisposing of food and waste per facility regulationsObtaining food supplies for the next mealFollowing safety regulations and precautions at all timesReporting any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or other hazardous materials to a supervisor immediatelyAdhering to all facility policies and procedures of the facilityMaintaining confidentiality of all pertinent resident care informationQualifications:Experience not needed, but preferred.We will trainIf you meet the qualifications above, please apply now.Benefits: Are available for Full Time employees only.
