Cheese Sanitation Operator – Middlebury, VT Pay : $23.02/hr Schedule : 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Shift Pattern : 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating) Type : Temp-to-Hire About this role : Join a fast‑paced production team where you’ll help keep cheese‑making equipment clean, safe, and ready for the next shift. This is essential work that supports food quality, safety, and smooth daily operations. What You’ll Do : Clean, break down, and sanitize production equipment Use hoses, foaming systems, and automated wash systems Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep up with sanitation tasks as production wraps up Ensure equipment meets sanitation standards before startup Maintain accurate sanitation logs and documentation What Makes You a Great Fit : Have previous experience working in sanitation.
