Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and help them understand their existing coverage or identify new areas of protection.

Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance with accuracy and kindness.

Identify gaps in client protection plans and suggest appropriate solutions that offer better peace of mind.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is handled according to company standards.

Collaborate with the broader agency team to create a welcoming environment for every visitor and caller.

Reach out to existing clients for policy reviews to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their lives.

Requirements

Active Texas General Lines Property Casualty insurance license.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or customer-facing role.

Solid grasp of office software and the ability to learn our agency management systems quickly.

Clear, empathetic communication skills, especially when explaining coverage options to clients.

Detail-oriented approach to reviewing policies and managing client data.

Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry changes.
