What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour

• Flexible schedules: You set your availability

Your Role as a Home Care Professional:

Your role is to provide personalized support that helps clients remain independent, confident, engaged, and safely at home.

You may:

• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and daily routines

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living while promoting dignity and choice

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan

• Encourage safe activity and participation in familiar routines and interests

• Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition, needs, or abilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and team members

• Provide reliable, punctual, and compassionate support during scheduled shifts
