We are seeking a Production Control Clerk to join our Operations Team at Dianne's Fine Desserts, a Dessert Holdings company, in Newburyport, MA.Responsible for scanning raw materials into production and returning raw materials back to the warehouse using a scannerinto D365 (ERP).

• Compensation
  • $22 - $26/hr
  • Plus $1.63/hr differential for 2nd shift
• 2nd Shift Hours
  • Monday Thursday
  • 4:00 pm - 2:00 am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensures accuracy of work orders in ERP system D365
• Scanning materials, consuming WIP, processing returns, completing transactions in D365.
• Audit kit accuracy
• Ensures that transactions are done accurately and timely into ERP system.
• Assists production coordinators with solving discrepancies with work orders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a high school diploma at a minimum.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required.
• Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
• English or Bilingual - Preferred
