Contracts Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting the contracts lifecycle, the full-time Contracts Specialist will draft, review, negotiate, and administer various commercial contracts while working remotely to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase agreements, and licensing agreements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms and meet business requirements Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing guidance on contract terms and conditions to internal teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field Experience in contract management or legal support Strong understanding of commercial contract law and compliance Proficiency in contract management systems and tools Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
