Leading the creation of interactive, technology-driven distance learning experiences, the full-time eLearning Specialist will convert complex ideas into captivating digital modules for the FDA workforce, working remotely with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD. Key responsibilities Utilize authoring systems, video, and simulations to develop dynamic e-learning modules Evaluate partially completed courses and recommend enhancements for high-impact learning assets Build digital solutions with a focus on user accessibility and LMS integration Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with Instructional Design & Technology Certification or Online Learning Professional Certification (or equivalent) Minimum of 4 years of experience in online course development and multimedia production Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) Experience with SCORM/AICC compliance and integrating content into federal LMS platforms Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance
