Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multi-family construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop accurate estimates.
• Solicit and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers for various project components.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, market trends, and industry standards.
• Assist in value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prepare and present detailed cost analysis reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and client requirements.
