Sr. Content Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Content Marketing Manager develops and executes PracticeSuite's enterprise content strategy across the buyer journey. Working closely with Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and executive leadership, this role creates compelling content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, product launches, sales enablement, executive thought leadership, customer engagement, conferences, webinars, and customer success. The role owns the editorial calendar and ensures all content reflects a consistent brand voice while supporting SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-powered discovery. Mission Statement Position PracticeSuite as the trusted voice in ambulatory healthcare technology through compelling storytelling that strengthens the brand, generates demand, supports sales, and Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, campaign priorities, product launches, conferences, webinars, and customer lifecycle initiatives while owning the editorial calendar. Content Development Create high-quality content including website copy, blogs, white papers, eBooks, case studies, customer stories, executive thought leadership, email campaigns, social content, landing pages, webinar content, video scripts, press releases, and sales collateral. Executive Thought Leadership Interview executives, customers, partners, and subject matter experts to develop original thought leadership that positions PracticeSuite and its leadership team as trusted industry experts. Partner with the Sales Enablement & CRM Manager to develop customer-facing content including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product sheets, proposal content, and conference collateral. Product Marketing Partnership Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing to translate product capabilities into compelling messaging, launch materials, customer education, and go-to-market assets. SEO, GEO & AI Content Develop content optimized for traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences while applying SEO and GEO best practices to maximize discoverability and Performance Optimization Measure content performance using engagement, traffic, conversion, and pipeline metrics and continuously optimize content strategy based on data and customer insights. Brand Stewardship Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging framework, and editorial standards across all customer-facing communications. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Organic traffic growth Thought leadership engagement Decision Authority Owns editorial strategy, content calendar priorities, brand voice, messaging consistency, and content recommendations. Recommends external content resources and escalates strategic brand or budget decisions to the Vice President of Marketing. Leverage AI responsibly to accelerate research, outlining, editing, optimization, content repurposing, and performance analysis while ensuring originality, factual accuracy, regulatory awareness, brand voice integrity and brand consistency. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, content strategy, or product marketing. Healthcare technology or SaaS experience preferred. Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality marketing content.
