Job Description

As the backbone of our scheduling system, you'll manage both digital and manual records with precision, ensuring staffing assignments remain accurate and all changes are captured seamlessly. This is where strategic organization meets real-world impact.

Collaborate strategically with clinical unit leadership to develop innovative staffing solutions that optimize team satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance—creating meaningful wins across the organization.

Transform data into actionable insights by collecting and analyzing financial indicators and staffing metrics. Your analytical contributions directly influence key organizational decisions and demonstrate measurable business value.

Become the trusted resource and subject matter expert for staff inquiries regarding clinical schedules. Your expertise, responsiveness, and professional support empower team members and strengthen organizational communication.

Establish and maintain a highly organized Staffing office hub by managing comprehensive reports, staffing documentation, agency bookings, and credential files. You'll also oversee the input of agency credential data into our electronic scheduling system, ensuring all information remains current, compliant, and readily accessible to support seamless operations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED: 

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

Staffing experience highly preferred. - Experience in a union environment.
