Project Accountant

Project Accountant
- Privately held company in the commercial contractor space - GC on CMiC software, 110 employees
- They are a premier employer in the Chicago market and run projects nationally

Will work alongside another couple experienced Project Accountants to manage project accounting for jobs assigned once the budget has been approved and uploaded.
The Project Accountant will be expected to maneuver through CMiC and be intimately familiar with the software and all aspects of the subcontractors pay applications, disbursements, advances, other paperwork needed for full cycle project accounting.

- Financial Statement- monthly
- Percentage of Completion
- Monthly Accruals
- Monthly Close-out
- General Ledger Reconcilements
- Waiver Collection, Processing and Preparation using CMiC software
- Other Project Accounting, G702 and G703 billing
- CMiC experience and Project Accounting from a GC or Subcontractor
- Construction industry experience acceptable in lieu of degree
