Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Facility: Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center Location: Brandon, FL Shifts: All Shifts Available Pay: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience) About The Opportunity Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate and high-performing clinical leadership team. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care Address and elevate staff concerns or grievances in a timely manner Monitor staffing levels and help optimize scheduling to reduce overtime and agency usage Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support disciplinary processes when needed Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, collaborative unit environment Participate in quality assurance initiatives, budget planning and internal committees Oversee MDS coordination and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams on discharge planning Ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized, and high-quality care Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities Benefits Competitive pay up to $40/hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials 401(k) retirement plan Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Comprehensive medical and dental insurance Employee recognition programs and additional company perks Supportive, team-oriented work culture Background screening information: Florida Clearinghouse IND123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
