Information Technology Project Coordinator

IT Project Coordinator - Onsite in Joliet, IL We're hiring a Project Coordinator to support the City of Joliet’s high-profile ERP implementation of Tyler Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EP&L), formerly known as EnerGov. This is a 12-month full-time contract with the potential to convert to a direct-hire. The work is hybrid, onsite in downtown Joliet, IL, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with some flexibility. Role Maintain project schedules, task lists, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items Support requirements gathering, testing cycles, and data migration Assist with change management, training, and project communications Maintain documentation and support project-governance requirements Partner with vendors, functional leads, and IT teams to track deliverables and resolve issues Provide coordination support for other IT projects as needed Required 1+ year of experience coordinating or managing an ERP implementation Foundational knowledge of ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft, Tyler, SAP, or Workday Strong experience with project-management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or Asana #J-18808-Ljbffr
