As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Independence, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving role combines customer service, clear communication, and teamwork in a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative culture that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving locations, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
