Support Integration Specialist​ (Logistics Integration)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Support Integration Specialist to support our Government Training Services customers in Newport News, VA and supporting sites around the world.This role primarily performs tasks related to military aviation ground training. Tasks or responsibilities include operational metrics analysis and reporting, proposal development, staffing coordination, tracking training completion and related records, coordinating remote site needs, providing organizational and administrative support to remote site managers, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have high attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Position Responsibilities:Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work-break down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plansCoordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development effortsDevelops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and currentConducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programsReviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impactBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience with military airborne, ground, and/or training systemsStrong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite applications1+ years of experience supporting reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirementsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):USAF aviation training experienceFighter training experienceFormal Training Unit experience, including formal syllabi, academics, ground trainingFlight simulator training experienceConflict Of Interest:Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
