Job Position: Personal Lines Account Manager

Our reputable client operates in the insurance sector offering a range of Personal, Commercial and Group Benefits lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and growing the company's book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Regular reporting to the Wenatchee office, with potential for hybrid work (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote).
• Cross-selling commercial & personal lines business.
• Expanding the business from inbound leads, inbound calls, referrals and cross-sells from other departments – there's NO cold calling OR prospecting in this role.
• Writing and managing existing personal lines business, facilitating policy reviews and making policy changes with clients.
• Re-marketing accounts (negotiating with carriers), processing endorsements & certificates, issuing ID cards, providing daily customer service & claims assistance and binding coverages.
• Servicing and writing mostly Standard & Preferred personal lines.

Qualifications:

• Ability to report daily to the Wenatchee office with potential for hybrid work for suitable candidates.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with an independent agency (No Captive Agencies or Direct Writers such as State Farm, Allstate or Farmers Insurance).
• Experience in writing and managing existing personal lines business, facilitating policy reviews and making policy changes with clients, re-marketing accounts, processing endorsements & certificates, issuing ID cards, providing daily customer service & claims assistance and binding coverages.
• Familiarity with Standard & Preferred personal lines, such as Safeco, Progressive, Nationwide, Kemper (Preferred), Mutual of Enumclaw.
