RN Residency – November 2026 Providence Health and Services, Edmonds, WA is seeking applicants for the November 2026 RN Residency. The program provides structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. This position starts on November 2, 2026. We offer full‑time night shifts in most specialties. In this role you will receive the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire. National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire. National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less. Why Join Providence?
