R&D Supervisor

FULLTIME: 12-Month Assignment

LOCATION: Arbor Lakes MN

SCHEDULE: 8AM - 4:30PM

PAY RANGE: $48/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Supervisor with a strong technical foundation in chemistry biology or a related scientific field and a commitment to quality. This role provides leadership for laboratory operations and laboratory personnel in a fast-paced medical device environment. The supervisor will oversee laboratory capabilities resource planning project prioritization and team development while partnering across functions to support product development design verification testing regulatory submissions and other R&D initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong people leadership technical acumen strategic thinking and business awareness to enable laboratory excellence and support organizational objectives.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
