Car Wash Assistant Manager

Beck Oil Company of Illinois is seeking an Assistant Manager for Beck’s Car Wash. In this hands-on role, you’ll support daily site operations, lead and train team members, and ensure friendly, efficient customer service. Responsibilities include opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, inventory checks, and monitoring wash quality and site cleanliness. You’ll help troubleshoot basic equipment issues, uphold safety standards, and model our family-oriented, community-focused culture while supporting the Site Manager and stepping in during their absence.
