**Certifications Required:** BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Competencies Required:** Competent in Arterial Lines **Licensure:** License to Submit: Yes **Skills Required:** Must be able to titrate drips and read/interpret tele monitor strips; High flow RT equipment troubleshooting required **Shifts & Scheduling:** 12-hour shifts; Day (0630-1830) and Night (1830-0630) shifts available **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend **Holiday Requirements:** Minimum of 2 holidays if contract falls within that period **Floating Requirements:** May float to MedSurg or ICU with PCU acuity patients **Education Requirement:** BSN is not required **Additional Expectations:** Must pass a 90% open book exam on skills during orientation; focus on patient experience scores, responsiveness, hospital environment, and communication about medications; looking for someone flexible, willing to learn, and can take feedback; team player with good communication skills **Cultural Competency:** Familiarity with serving Hispanic and Somalian populations is advantageous.
