Starting Pay: $18.54–$20.54/hour

Schedule: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities

Hours: 50+ hours per week available

Employment: Full-Time

Pay Growth: Opportunity for up to $5.00/hour in raises during the first year + 90 days

You do not need years of manufacturing experience. We're looking for people with the right mechanical aptitude, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

This position provides hands-on experience with manufacturing, construction-style assembly, tools, measurements, materials, and production processes.

Training may include:

• Reading blueprints, production drawings, and layouts
• Reading and using a tape measure
• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling materials
• Operating hand and power tools
• Building structural components
• Installing doors, windows, framing, and other components
• Working with wood, steel, sheet metal, drywall, plastics, and composite materials
• Using levels, squares, tape measures, and other measuring tools
• Performing quality inspections
• Building products and assemblies from start to finish

The goal is to develop practical skills that can help you become more valuable as your career progresses.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Manufacturing Assembler, you'll work with a production team to build walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, and other structural components and assemblies .

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Measure and cut materials to specifications
• Read blueprints, drawings, layouts, and work instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Assemble structural components
• Install framing, doors, windows, panels, and other materials
• Use tape measures, levels, squares, and measurement tools
• Inspect completed work for quality
• Follow production specifications and safety procedures
• Maintain an organized work area
• Work with the production team to achieve daily manufacturing goals

• Comfortable climbing ladders
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work overtime and extended schedules when available
