Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field ? Active BCBA certification ? Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting ? Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time ? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ? Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilitiesResponsibilitiesClinical? Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs ? Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data ? Ensure treatment integrity and clinical qualityTeam Support? Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff ? Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship ? Support onboarding and development of new team membersLeadership & Operations? Support daily clinic operations and flow ? Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving ?
