Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid nurse license; experience in Orthopedic Surgery and Neurosurgery (Level 1 or 2) preferred; willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and weeknights on call; no minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Rotating shift schedule with 4x10-hour shifts every 4-5th weekend on call, plus 1 weeknight on call per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates will be evaluated based on performance against low, mid, and high performer expectations. Failure to meet these expectations may result in immediate contract termination.
