Job Description Seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join an expanding clinical team at a community hospital northeast of Boston. Details: Full-scope general urology practice The role includes: Management of benign urologic conditions across the spectrum of general urology Endoscopic procedures including TURP, TURBT, and stone surgery Laser lithotripsy and access to ESWL In-office procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, and minor urologic interventions Opportunities for women’s health, incontinence procedures, and BPH therapies Support from specialists in oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, endourology, and more Access to advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and state-of-the-art OR facilities Practice includes 3 MDs, each with fellowship training, one advanced provider, and another advanced provider being recruited Shared call schedule ~1:4 Epic EMR High-demand, well-established patient population Strong administrative support, outstanding OR availability, experienced APs, and access to a top-tier referral center for advanced subspecialty consultation Eligibility for faculty appointment if desired Compensation/Benefits: Salary Range: $350k-$450k Two-year guaranteed base salary with a competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision coverage CME allowance and dedicated professional development support The Community: Life here offers the best of coastal New England living with easy access to major metro energy: charming seaside neighborhoods, historic architecture, and walkable downtown areas paired with beaches, marinas, and scenic waterfront views that make everyday life feel like a getaway.
