Rensselaer Family Practice 118 W Drexel Pkwy Rensselaer, Indiana 47978 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our rural healthcare practices in Rensselaer, Indiana. This provider would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Practice Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Flexible full-time schedule; No weekends or holidays Average outpatient volume: 18 - 20 patients per day Will treat patients of all ages Telehealth offered Common Diagnoses: Child and adult wellness visits Back pain Endocrinology issues Hypertension Heart failure WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
