We are currently searching for experienced Management candidates to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service and experiences to our guests. Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager at M.L.Rose, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests have an outstanding food and beverage experience. Our managers are whole restaurant managers who own a department focus and know how to treat our guests like good neighbors. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a leading local hospitality group. Key Responsibilities: Driving sales and ensuring profitability Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that’s consistent with our standards Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer Managing day-to-day restaurant operations Writing schedules and managing labor Handling inventory and ordering Budgeting and forecasting Coaching and developing staff Bar Managers get to choose beer for our rotating tap program Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations, leading teams, and driving sales. A passion for craft beer and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences are essential.
